IWNBP 2022 will be held in Évian-les-Bains, a small town located on the southern shore of Lake Geneva, the largest lake in the Alps, just across from Lausanne. Close to Switzerland (the border is only 13 km away), Évian is 45 km from Geneva and the international airport.

Nestled between lake and mountains, Évian benefits from a truly exceptional natural environment, which has given it its reputation as an international tourist resort.

In the beginning of the 19th century, after the discovery of the properties of its natural mineral water, which is now exported all over the world, the city has become a renowed spa and climatic resort.

The city had a rapid growth especially during the first half of the 20th century, but has managed to preserve and to enhance its historical and architectural heritage. Évian presents to its visitors the image of a welcoming and dynamic city.
